*Delayed - my cabinet delivery has been delayed by a week, so I’ll review offers when I can confirm when it is arriving. Remove old bathroom vanity and install new one, including new mixer tap. The new mixer tap is replacing one tap two handles configuration. Flexible hoses are currently in place for hot and cold. No tiling required. No replumbing. Both units are floor standing. I will dispose of the old vanity.

The bathroom basin mixer tap has broken and needs to be replaced. I will supply the replacement tap (same model if possible). Please remove the broken tap and install the new one. Seems like the isolation valves are accessible under the basin.

Looking for a licensed plumber to replace two bathroom items: 1. Cracked undermount bathroom basin - Existing basin is approximately 515 mm wide × 335 mm deep × 130 mm high - Basin is installed underneath the benchtop and siliconed in place - Basin has substantial cracking which has penetrated through to the underside - Plumber who inspected it has recommended replacement rather than repair - Existing basin will need to be carefully cut out/removed. The inspecting plumber advised that two people may be required to safely support the basin during removal - Replacement basin needs to be suitable for the existing benchtop opening - Please include removal/disposal of the old basin, installation, sealing, plumbing reconnection and testing 2. Leaking ceiling-mounted shower rose - Existing overhead shower rose/head is leaking significantly from the shower head/assembly - Water is spraying outside the intended showering area - Inspecting plumber has recommended replacement - No particular finish is required for the replacement shower rose. Functionality and compatibility with the existing plumbing are the priority. - Please include removal of the existing shower rose, supply/installation of replacement and testing Photos showing the existing basin, cracking, underside installation, measurements, shower rose and leakage are attached. After a Quote . Moving bathroom sink, shower leaking, shower and some out of shower regrouting, silicone removal/application and shower door handle replacement. Please bring your own material.

Shower is leaking. Tried to replace the washers myself, but there seems to be silicone encased around the taps. Please replace the washers in both taps to stop the leaking shower and check why the silicone was there in the first place. It might also need to replaced if there is a secondary leak. Extra info: I had this task completed in May this year and they are leaking again so there might be a another issue at play here. Please help us understand why this would happen so soon after repairs.

Shower leaking from one of the corners - I've applied waterproof tape with no luck. I think it might required removed the current silicon sealant and reapply? Time is flexible from 26th April onwards (and before 9th July) at Toowong. Happy to negotiate on the cost of this depending what needs to be done.

The first artwork is 80cm x 80cm and weighs 8.4 kilos The second is 94 wide and 82 highand weighs 6.6 kilos You won't need a ladder as both artworks can be hung while standing on the floor. Plumber Needed – Low Water Pressure & Toilet Drainage Issue Looking for an experienced plumber to inspect and fix two plumbing issues: * Very low water pressure to the toilet and sink. The toilet cistern takes hours to refill after flushing. * Toilet doesn’t flush properly and drains very slowly. It appears to be a drainage or venting issue rather than a simple blockage, as the toilet bubbles whenever the other drains in the property are used. Toilet takes ages for the tank to refill (contributing to the problem) when showering the toilet blows bubbles. The water pressure in that sink is also fairly low - potentially also connected, though the shower water pressure appears to be fine. Please provide a quote and your availability. Wanting someone to repair a toilet. As pictured, the dual-flush push button has separated from the actuator mechanism inside the cistern. The button piece is detached from the plastic push rods, preventing normal flushing. The flush button assembly may need to be refitted or replaced. Prior to this happening the toilet would also constantly run water, so there also appears to be a seal or something else missing.
