[Note: This task was posted before but closed by mistake] Before Christmas, I noticed a water leak through the garage ceiling from the upstairs shower. When inspected the shower, I noticed a straight crack in the grout joint of the floor title. Refer to the before and after photos. I removed the grout from this straight joint and around the drain cover and refilled it with silicone. Left it to dry for a few days but it’s still leaking a few minutes after opening the tap. The grouting in the rest of tile joints is not perfect but looks intact. I’ve also attached a photo which was taken from downstairs through a powerpoint opening in the garage ceiling. The water mainly starts dripping from the around the drain point but plumbing seems ok. I need someone to find the main issue and repair it (potentially by applying epoxy grouting to the floor and first row of wall tiles and reapplying all silicones around). The size of the shower base is 1.1 x 0.9m

I have a blocked drain with very slow water flow, and there's a strong foul odor coming from the soil around the underground pipe. I suspect the pipe may be cracked or broken. I need a CCTV inspection to identify the exact location of the blockage and determine the cause. If any debris or objects are found, I'll also need retrieval tools/hooks to remove them.
