I have a blocked drain with very slow water flow, and there's a strong foul odor coming from the soil around the underground pipe. I suspect the pipe may be cracked or broken. I need a CCTV inspection to identify the exact location of the blockage and determine the cause. If any debris or objects are found, I'll also need retrieval tools/hooks to remove them. Please provide a quote for inspection and debris removal only - any pipe repair work can be quoted separately once we know what the problem is.

The hot water tap doesn't have any water flow and only the handle turns not the whole length of the tap. The length of tap is stuck out long compared to cold tap.

I have a blocked drain at the back of my unit. I have tried drain solutions and also a drain auger of 4.5m with no luck. The sewer hasn't overflowed, but it's very high and gives an unpleasant smell when we shower or run the dishwasher or run the washing machine. No drain issue in sinks, tub or toilet.
