Dual hot and cold water taps converted to a mixer tap, for both a shower and vanity

We bought an extension pipe for our washing machine however we’ve not connected it properly as on a test wash it did not drain and the dirt water was still in the drum. Hoping someone can fix and connect our set up

Plumbing leak on pipe located after the water meter. See attached image where i have temporarily taped the leak.

I am in need of a trustworthy plumber who can complete the job of - install 1 new toilet ( old one already disconnected) - Remove 1 existing toilet and replace with a new one - Collect and Dispose 3 old toilets. New units are supplied Job needs to be done today ( Thursday) or Friday early in the day.

Looking for a plumber to fix few things around the house, details below 1. Fix under sink leak in bathroom, pic attached 2. Need to plumb water line from under sink to fridge cavity for a Fisher and Paykel fridge. Distance from sink to fridge cavity about 4m and likely route will be under the kitchen cabinets. Will also require tap/valve to be installed under sink to provide source as currently dishwasher is plumbed in.
