I’m looking for a qualified plumber/handyperson in Albion to install a new toilet by extending from the existing toilet line in a house on stumps, where the crawling space underneath is tight. The job also includes installing a preformed shower shroud, shower head, vanity sink, and connecting both the shower and vanity to the existing drain point in the laundry, as well as replacing the laundry taps. I will provide the shower shroud, toilet and vanity sink, and I’m happy to either supply the remaining materials or cover the cost if you prefer to supply them. I've overtightened the mixer tap when I replaced the internal cartridge. Now it won't pull apart. I can't get it to move separately to disassemble it AGAIN and find out why the base is still leaking when I use the tap.
Damian went above and beyond to fix my stuck and leaking tap. He even stabilised the connection through the benchtop. Couldn't recommend him higher. FIVE STARS!
