My door size is 720 wide and 192cm height want to block it using a door and I have 3sink 1. Toilet sink. Wanna remove 2. One sink on the tile (tile+ sink should be gone +block the pipe fit on the wall) 3. Just remove sink from the wall (don’t need to remove pipe)

Corner chunk broken off MDF skirting board, ~5cm, plus small crack along top edge. Needs filler, sanding, and white paint to match existing. Photo attached. Apartment building — will arrange access.

Portion of the outdoor terrace ceiling is broken due to water damage. The cause of water has been repaired but we now need a plasterer to repair and repaint. Ideally, not the the entire ceiling has to be replaced, just the one side. After, whole ceiling needs one coat of white outdoor semi-gloss paint.

I have a boarding house and need to install towel rails or hooks depending on the bathroom, some have tiled walls some don’t. I also need coat racks installed on the walls, some walls will be brick and some won’t. This needs to be don’t between 10am and 2 pm when my guests won’t be there. If we can’t access rooms you may need to come back. I’ll like an hourly rate if possible because the scope of work depends on room access.
