Find an experienced handyman in St Kilda West

Hi there, I'm looking for a handyman to fix a section of skirting board (or floor trim) that has come loose in my home. It's a small repair but needs to be done properly and securely. You'll need to either reattach the existing piece or replace it if necessary. Please bring appropriate tools and materials.

Looking for someone to supply older style letterbox face, and install it into a brick bank of letterboxes. Just one. Does anyone gave a letterbox face, like the one in the photo? I have been looking, and cannot find any, even at Bunnings. Would be greatly appreciated, if someone could help. Thank you.

We would like a cabinet maker to make and install an above washing machine cupboard. See inspiration picture (3rd photo). Very rough measurements (cm) - 70W 200H 60D. Ideally has a design which enables the washing machine connections to be hidden within the cabinet and be able to store things around it; with space for a dyson charger to hang; space further up on shelves for towel storage/bathroom items.

replace two washers, one on the kitchen tap and one on the bath tap, both are leaking

Around 3 large scratches in an area of 3 inch by 7 inch. Scratches are around 1-2mm deep. See the green arrow in photo Need them to disappear.

We replaced a leaking old sink and in the process, some of the tiles came off the wall. We also pulled out some blinds, and the remaining section is rusted and needs to be pulled off. The bulb holders are also a bit rusted,and could do with replacing-either the same, or something better. We don’t have spare tiles, so we would need someone to source and fix the above.

We need a concrete supplied and slab poured. 3.1mx 1.620m and 10 cm thick. For our garden shed to be constructed on. It needs to have a rebated edge of 75mm and 25mm deep as shown in the diagram. Would be great if we could get the same person to assemble the shed also but not essential. Area has been somewhat cleared and is ready.
