I have 1 room I need the ceiling Vidga tracks installed today. No idea how to find the joists in my apt or what material ceiling is so greatly helpful. I also don’t like the look of interior ducting. I think the best option is to drill from a current power point to the exterior and duct along the exterior wall, then into the back of my cupboard and hide any interior ducting that way.
