I need help fixing my roller blind, the chain has come loose and I cant remove the blind from the wall to fix The blind has been drilled into the wall and chain needs to be put back onto the runner

I need 2 ceiling fans replaced - old ones removed and new DC fans installed. I have the fans ready to go. Note in the images the ceiling is slanted. I also need a spotlight hooked up to the connection outside my back door.

We just replaced the light fixtures in our house and had to reposition where they were fixed to the ceiling for some of them. There are now 4 holes (sizes 1x 1cm, 2x 5cm, 1x 10cm) that need to be patched/filled in, sanded down and painted. Please don’t paint on the fixtures themselves as they are new. House is a 2 bedroom unit and is quite small so you’ll have no issues. No supplies provided.

Hi, I have plasterboard walls and require one curtain rod with brackets to be installed in the bedroom. In the lounge, a curtain rail needs to be installed. Handy if you have a stud finder. Garden tap is very old and leaky. I have the new tap and plumbers tape ready. I also want to install a hook for my hose, but you will need a hammer drill as the wall is brick. Thank you!

I have an old AC ceiling fan I need removed and replaced with a dc ceiling fan (has remote control). Existing light switch with fan control to be replaced also. Fan is in bedroom over bed. Can provide a flat, wide, thick, stable MDF sheet on bed to reach it with ease.

Size: approx. 50cm x 40cm Location: Fairfield, Melbourne Timing: Within the next 7 days We recently installed new attic access elsewhere, so this old opening needs to be completely removed and patched so the ceiling looks seamless and flush – as if it was never there. Scope of work: • Remove existing manhole frame • Install backing/noggins as required • Patch with plasterboard • Tape, set and sand to a smooth finish • Feather properly so no visible edges under bathroom lighting Ideally looking for someone experienced in ceiling patch repairs (not general handyman work).
