Plaster ceiling on aluminium battens. Plasterer to patch holes, fill gaps, sand ready for paint. Small peice of cornice that needs replacing. Most pieces of plaster are intact, however some material may be needed. Please quote for materials + labour. Please provide photos of similar work you've done.

I am looking for someone to install an over-bath shower screen in my bathroom. The wall is tiled (see pictures). I have the materials (shower screen and clips to fix it to the wall) but looking for someone who can bring their own tools!

I need help fixing my roller blind, the chain has come loose and I cant remove the blind from the wall to fix The blind has been drilled into the wall and chain needs to be put back onto the runner

I need 2 ceiling fans replaced - old ones removed and new DC fans installed. I have the fans ready to go. Note in the images the ceiling is slanted. I also need a spotlight hooked up to the connection outside my back door.

I have an old AC ceiling fan I need removed and replaced with a dc ceiling fan (has remote control). Existing light switch with fan control to be replaced also. Fan is in bedroom over bed. Can provide a flat, wide, thick, stable MDF sheet on bed to reach it with ease.

We have plain Roman style blinds with a cord. The cord has come off the top of the bracket making it impossible to open and close the blinds (up and down). I need someone to come and reattach the cord.

Two broken blinds. 1. Large one: the cords on the back that pull up are broken. 2. Small one: the cord just pulls but doesnt catch on anything to raise the blind

I need a skylight blind to purchase &/or install. It gets very hot under the skylight. Definetely remote as very high, need a ladder. Ideally roller but open to other types. Install 4 roller blinds - 3 need width to be cut before installing and cantered in window. You will need as a minimum a stanley knife, a saw a screw driver and an angle. You do not have to be a handyman but just handy with tools. Also I need three or four nails to be hammered in the floor to stop bottom of door touching the floor. If you already work it can be done after work.

The upper hinge had all 3 rivets snapped off due to force applied while the door was held open by the door closer bracket. The upper hinge is completely disconnected from the door. The lower hinge is still intact. Repair preferred if possible. Eesy access. Ground floor.
