Install approx. 19m2 (max) flooring in St Kilda Road apartment before Monday. Price is negotiable, had to put something in, please put in your offers. We believe total apartment size is 23m2 however kitchenette and bathroom are tiled so it is only the bedroom, small hallway and lounge area that need doing. Beading can wait. Ideally install with a 5mm gap around the edges. Apparently this flooring has built in underlay. Added image with floor sizes. Looking to get the bedroom (6m2) and living (8.64m2)areas along with the hallway (approx. 4m2) up to the kitchen area.

I have a 42sqm shop and I’ve removed the carpet but there is an underlay that’s glued to the floor I need removed. I’ve tried to remove some and it’s quite glued down. Would suit someone with experience doing this kind of thing and the tools to do it. I don’t need you to be precious about the floor underneath, it’s getting covered up anyway. Pics attached.

Need our existing vinyl flooring removed throughout our 2-bedroom apartment (approx 50sqm) plus a small area of existing tiles removed in the kitchen. Concrete subfloor will then need some levelling. Then we want to install new engineered timber flooring in the living/kitchen/hallway (approx 30sqm) and new berber carpet in the bedrooms (approx 10sqm each). Thinking of Kustom Timber or Havwoods for the engineered timber, but open to suggestions if you know of more affordable alternatives. Keen to discuss carpet options as we have not researched as much.
