We have a wooden awning that is above our bedroom window to protect against rain and leaking into our window / window sill. We have some unneeded and leaking guttering on on front dorma”s roof. We had the roof done last year and the guys that did it, knocked the guttering so now when it rains, it pours right in front of our bedroom window. 1.a) to check if the roof felt is good condition or needs repair. if no repair then 1.b ) need the widths & length of gaps between roof trusses. to be noted down and label eg 7,a,b,c then 8 a, b , to do about 6-8 pieces at a time 2) To go to insulation downstair, and cut with saw to precise or near precise size to mark with pen and keep fairly straight saw cuts along lengths. to then label 7 a, b ,c and the top to be mark ' top' 3) then to go back up and trim with saw so that the piece fits in between roof trusses. regularly there will be wood that will not allow the insulation to sit in correctly the indentation will need to be sawn out , this process to be repeated. 4.) use of thin bits insert in gaps on the side and create corner pieces eg trianglar pieces for top of roof. Once the heat gun arrives, eg by saturday then repairs can be made on roof felt. Repair process, view splits in felts, dust down with brush or glove, then cut flash bands to size , use heat gun, to melt tar material in order to stick over 6/7 split. Then the insulation can be inputted in. Some of this process has been already done.

Removal of part of chimney breast that was left in loft of bungalow. I am buying this bungalow and exchanging contracts soon, but survey shows the chimney breast needs to be either removed or supported. I would like it removed. I am looking for approx quotes for this job and have no idea how much it would be, but Airtasker asked me to state my budget. Therefore please let me know if this is not realistic. I need someone with a long ladder to reattach a part of my guttering that has fallen off. The piece is not broken, it just needs to be reattached. There are no access issues. Job will take literally 10 minutes.
