I need an experienced tradesperson to install a kitchen chimney/cooker hood (70CM) and vent it through an external wall. Scope of work includes: Install and securely mount the chimney/cooker hood to the wall (with brackets/support as required) Core drill / create an external wall hole for the ducting (appropriate diameter for the hood outlet) Fit ducting from the hood to the external wall and install an external vent grille/flap Seal around the wall penetration properly (internal and external) to prevent drafts/water ingress Connect the power to the hood Test the unit (fan speeds, lights) and ensure it is operating correctly

To put rooing and garden wast

The insulation needs to be hooked back onto the integrated door

Two different jobs: 1. Cleaning the front of a painted two storey house with soap, water and brush (own equipment requirement) 2. Sorting out and replacing insulation in the loft and sorting loft slightly (e.g. taking away old aerials)

I need a hopper cleaned which is on a town house 3 floors up. There is the opportunity to come off a terrace on the 1st floor

Gutters need a clean out

The flat roof needs replacing as it is leaking and the ceiling is badly damaged.

Need a full replacement of fascias, soffits and guttering. Not willing to pay the best part of 10k that the double glazing companies want, was quoted 6k for capping the existing wood. Saw airtasker advert on TV and thought I would give this a go. 4 bed detached house, needs scaffolding for the full job. Would also consider having a handyman give a general tidy up to some broken areas of guttering and piping. Clearly I would not pay £5000 for a quick tidy up though. Open to ideas.

Two stories up a small piece of guttering, elbow bend, has become dislodged. We have the piece of guttering it just needs re-fixing. Needs a long ladder.

The conservatory gutter needs a repair, the seal is lost and allows water to scape in, a new fence next to the conservatory is needed to be installed

Drain pipe on garage goes under my patterned concrete to be cut shorter ,floor opened up and open drain cover fitted

I have some water ingress and need someone qualified and confident on rooves to get on my garage roof and seal around a pipe, window and fit a new collar around the white boilerfllue under my roof apex as pictured, there is also a black pipe going into the brick which needs sealimg. I have all of the sealant and the pipe collar. I just need someone to be able to get on my garage roof and seal it and install the new collar which comes in 2 pieces and fit around the pipe without having to remove it. There is also a rotten wooden window there as you can see in pictures. I just need this sealimg all around the frame and where it meets the brick all around the permiter to make it more weatherproof until i can have it replaced. I am based in Canford Heath. You will need to having ladders/ roofing experience because you will need to get up on the garage roof. Kind regards
