Builder has opened up the inside of a chimney stack in our kitchen. The front and top area has been covered with timber. Need someone to install a 90cm extractor hood, fixing to the timber, connecting to the extraction duct. (already installed) and electrics (wiring already installed. The extractor hood is Smeg KSG9P4X 90cm Stainless Steel Canopy Cooker Hood

I need the roof replacing a very small shed. The shed is about a 2.5 x 2 m foor print. The roof comprises chipboard undeeside with felt cover. I will supply all parts.

We need the brackets on the chimney to be raised to accommodate TV and for internet connection to be done. TV was already hung lower so bracket and wires are already there. Just need to move it up higher.

Need layer of torch on to be placed on top of shingles, as they have leak.

Loft clean , wipe over water tank , cobwebs , put up basic security light and put down some new insulation . Maybe a slight hoover

I need a roof repair to a main roof which has lost some tiles, and a replacement flat roof

Had some dodgy builder’s come in and tear out the tiling of my bathroom. There’s a wall that I need removed and insulated in order to add a window for the bathroom. I then need it replasterboarded and retiled and sink reinstalled.

A cast iron downpipe (it has three sections) replaced with a mock uPVC equivilant (I have the replacement parts). Once fitted, it needs to be left open/at a slight angle, since the underground drain it connects into is blocked and needs to be unblocked by a separate drainage specialist.

Various roof repairs, including slates, repointing chimney stacks and parapet walls. Flashing might need small repair. The kitchen at the back has a flat roof on which a ladder can be placed. There is also a flat roof section on top of the house which can be accessed from the flat roof on top of the first floor back room. Cat ladder may be necessary, or cherry picker or boom lift. You will need to visit to see if you can manage without scaffolding.

Supply and install new downward drain guttering to front of building. Fix broken top section. Approx 400/500mm broken section

I am planning to renovate my bathroom into a new one by changing the bath into a shower with new shower and toilet installation. I will be buying all the following. My downpipe fell off a wall and needs to be attached back again. It needs a large ladder to reach the very top of it to mount it back in so need someone who has a large ladder and skills to do it.

1) Removal of chimney walls from ground and 1st floor while giving support in the loft. 2) Redirect heating pipes into the wall. 3)Plaster and seal walls ready for paint. 4)Laminate flooring needs to be done after chimney removal for the small areas.

A small outbuilding has a lean to slate roof which has slipped. The joists may also need replacing. Traditional materials are needed (lime mortar) as this is in the garden of a listed building.

Need gutter cleaned as suspect this is causing water/moisture damage to house walls on first floor of house

Front / rear roofline gutters including down pipes to be cleaned and repair as necessary. Front porch pitch roof , needs repair leak and couple of broken tiles to be replaced

Conservatory Roof roller blind repair required- blind has gone saggy as shown - rest of the blinds are fine so need this repaired ( they are solar powered)
