Upper flat downpipe is become blocked at junction box - looks like we need to re-route and connect in again lower down with a new entry point in large gauge downpipes

External downpipes on the building do not fit properly and water is pouring down the walls and it does not appear that the water is connected to a pipe to drain it away from the building and it is getting into the foundations. - Due date: Flexible

Hello Christopher, Our building is a two storey Victorian building. The downpipe connected to the bathrooms and gutter is leaking at the joints and need relacing as well as the connecting pipes. Is it something you would consider doing? Kind regards Jacques Desallais

Waste down pipe was damaged after a blockage and has been repaired a couple of times.
