The top of my down pipe has cracked by someone force twisting so I need a new one

Would you be able to come over and have a look at a leaking flat roof and see if you can quote? We are in Hall Green,

- Clean/repair existing felt to flat roof complete with upstand (8.5m²). - Remove existing capping stones to parapet wall and install new with compo. - Remove existing disorientated brickwork to rear gable and rebuild (allowance for removal of 1st row of roof tiles and re-bedding). - Replace existing fascia and guttering with black plastic. - Check led flashing and joint around chimney for possible source of leak. - Repointing of some bricks and some brickwork to side of front door.

We have a leak in a lead lined gully between two pitched roofs

Guttering keeps coming loose just under roof. Needs maybe clearing and fixing to the house wall. Awkward placing above conservatory. - Due date: Flexible

Main gutter run on the house has come apart in two places. Also garage and conservatory gutters need adjusting to properly direct water flow.
