There is a pigeon nesting in my gutter, once it has left it's nest I'd like the nest removing and some sort of pigeon proofing done to prevent it returning. There is also a very small bit of painting required under the gutter. This is basically just the small, visible part of the wood that protrudes from under the fascias, there are 7 in total. On the photos, the site of the pigeon nest is circled in red and the small wooden areas that need painting are circled in yellow (about 7 in total) I have the black paint and a brush, I'm happy to supply the pigeon proofing gutter mesh, I basically need someone who is able to get up there to do the job as I'm not good with heights and I don't have a ladder!

Just a garage which needs leaves raking. Can't climb up there as elderly person lives at property. Garage door also needs sanding down and repainting.

Hi, I’ve got a timber garden shed in my back garden in Luton that I want to turn into a proper usable workspace. I want to hear your recommendations. I want this converted into warm, dry, well-lit shed we can use comfortably year round. About 6 metres long, 2.5 metres wide, apex roof. Timber frame walls already built inside. Windows down one side. Wooden floor. One existing electrical socket already installed. What I’m looking to get done: The shed needs insulating throughout — walls, roof and floor. Once insulated it needs lining so it looks clean and finished inside. All gaps and draughts need sorting properly. The electrics need upgrading — I want more sockets, lighting, so I’m not relying on an extension lead. I want it done safely and correctly. Please tell me what you’d recommend for insulation — type, thickness, brand. Tell me what you’d use to line the walls and ceiling. Tell me what you’d do with the floor. Tell me what you’d do with the electrics and whether I need a separate consumer unit or can work off what’s there. Give me a full product list with your recommended quantities and where you’d source them. Then give me your total price for labour and a separate estimate if you can also supply the materials.

There is a water leak from this it might be cracked or needs sealant or new fixing

Rainwater collects and spills over where a gutter bracket is broken on a leanto shed. Access is easy from the flat roof next door. Access to refix the bracket is awkward because next door's shed roof is so close to the gutter. EIther the bracket will have to be attached to the next door shed instead of mine or a section of the gutter will have to be removed to get access to attach it to mine. I have cleared to gutter since the photos were taken.

Small felt roof is leaking badly and wood frame underneath also needs replacing too! This is a small flat area at the back of a tiled garage roof and the side of the property (please see photos) but is open to the garage underneath and is leaking into this. I need help please and do understand that it will cost more than the £10 that I’ve put on but surely you’ll need to come and have a proper look at it before you can quote on it so am prepared to change this once it’s agreed on.

Outside edge of chimney stack needs the pointing touching up on end of terrace house. Also looking for a bird cage fitting over chimney if possible. Flexible on date and price. Thanks!
