We would like our TV mounted on the wall of our chimney breast above gas fire. Tv is 48inches. We already have the mount/bracket & have also already measured etc. We need someone to be able to ensure we don't drill into gas pipes, electrical wires, flue etc. Need someone ASAP

We have hipped, slate roof on our two-story 1920s brick house. We suspect that one corner has a leak, as the sofit is showing evidence of damage and the interior corner of the two rooms below it get mouldy. We are not aware of water dripping from the ceiling or in the roof space. There is some slight discolouration in an upstairs ceiling corner by a chimney breast, suggesting that the problem may relate to the flashing and/or the lead in the gutter next to it.
