We have had our roof looked at by a roofer and we have been told that it needs relaying and fixing. We want a second quote to make sure this is correct and that we aren't being lied to regarding the work that needs doing

Down pipe recently fell down on the rear of house. Needs putting back up and clips replacing

Have bought loft insulation. Need it installed. The loft has floorboards. In a few places they've been pulled up for some reason. Want those boards replaced/refitted while you're at it.
