Our hot water valve to our tap in kitchen is jammed shut. We want to close it so we can replace tap. It appears rusted shut. The connection is between copper and plastic pipe.

My washing machine has leaked and flooded my kitchen floor. I suspect there’s a blocked pipe as the kitchen sink won’t drain, and seems to be dripping into the cupboard underneath. Plumber needed to isolate and repair the issue.

Flush cone is leaking and needs to be replaced, along with the push button flushing mechanism in toilet. Toilet is integrated style and will need to be resealed upon completion of task also.

Had bathroom re done But shower tray is pooling water as it’s been installed flat So need it removed and a suitable one that drains installed in its place

Need someone to fix our leaking Beko washing machine — seems to be coming from the back as the water is pooling underneath. Have pulled the machine out and have loosened/unscrewed one of the pipes (it’s connected to copper pipes) which appears to be leaking water. My bathroom tap leaks water whenever I use the cold water, and the water collects at the bottom. It would be great if someone could come and fix this (probably just the O rings), and give the whole tap just a general clean - Due date: Flexible

We bought the hot water pump and flange to increase the hot water pressure. Hot water pump is already fixed but we couldn't fix the flange. Need a quote to fix the flange to hot water boiler. . - Due date: Flexible

My Gaggia Classic Pro has two problems. i) the steam wand leaks when the machine is on, suggesting at least that the O-ring / seal needs replacing. ii) despite regular descaling and backflushing there is currently no flow of water through the head. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 17 June 2022
