Hi There, I have a property which has three bathrooms. Two of them have been reported as leaking to the rooms below them. I had somebody coming in and told me that the leak is due to the silicone sealant which needs to be replaced. I need you to come and check that this is correct and if so, do this job as soon as possible as the leak is affecting tenants in their rooms. The third bath is not leaking but I would like the silicone checked and changed if necessary to avoid another leak appearing. Thank you advanced for your help.
