1. The washer/cartridge in the cold tap needs changing, we could get the tap off but we couldn't access where the cartidge was, and therefore we don't have a new cartridge for it either as our plan was to take it somewhere and ask for a replacement. It is a Bristan victorian mixer tap (as pictured). Bristan recommend that we change the cartridges as a pair so we would request both be changed. 2. The trap under the sink sometimes leaks when it hasn't been used for a bit, the leak comes from the area between the ceramic and trap itself. - Due date: Before Thursday, 14 July 2022
