Replacement of mixer kitchen tap and check washing machine connection

We have a leaking kitchen mixer tap, would just like to replace it, already have the replacement unit it just needs swapping. Also 1 bathroom tap needs replacing too, this one came with a different plug for the sink which would also be good to put in. I have included pictures of current and the replacement units. Please ask if need any additional photos or information

Remove faulty bath mixer tap and fix new mixer tap, standard two hole bath taps. It's a straight forward mixer tap replacement only challenge being opening the back Nuts , will need right tool for this like Box spanner as nuts are quite tight.

I need to change (like for like) a bath shower mixer tap. To access under the bath, a cupboard needs to be slid out of the way but that is slightly blocked by a heated towel rail. So that will need to be isolated and removed too - will need therefore to be corgi registered. Sealant around bath also needs re-doing and change the drainage cap (if that is the right term) in the bath. Thanks

Burlington Shower which is leaking through the hot water entry point. Have tried using PFTE paste, but seems to be coming from behind the thread. Leak is making a hissing sound and is less strong when hot water is turned on elsewhere.

There is a slow leak into the flat below coming from our shower. I don’t know if it’s from failing sealant or if the pipes under the shower are leaking. Fix the faucet to the sink

Bathroom toilet not flushing when pressing the button, some water coming out but not a proper flush. This is an integrated toilet so will require gaining access through the panels. Parking available - located right next to Dalston Junction station.

Warehouse building in South Bermondsey. We have a Ladies WC with three toilets, all three are clogged so seems to be something wrong further back in the plumbing

The toilet seat is not fixed on one side. It keeps coming off, as shown in the picture.
