I need someone to swap out my bathroom taps

The toilet flush is not refilling with clean water, so I’m unable to flush it. The flush mechanism is integrated—please refer to the attached picture to understand how to locate and access an integrated toilet flush system.

I have a combi tap in my kitchen which has recently started ‘clicking’ (I presume an air bubble?) and leaking slightly around the seal when turned on. In trying to fix it I have managed to make it worse by losing the screw in the back of the fixing - and I haven’t been able to take the tap fixing to change washer, etc, and don’t want to cause more damage!

The shower bar that holds the shower head has come off. I need it replaced.

Plumbing help with my drinking water filter tap. Water comes out fine but on heating turns yellow and smells of egg. Likely requires a replacement of the pipes connecting the taps so kindly let me know which ones so i can source prior to coming over.

The tiles are leaking through in my bathroom (from underneath) but it is not clear where he water is coming from. I have an integrated sink, toilet, and bath so will need to look around to identify the leak. I need a plumber's report to check if the low water pressure is caused by internal plumbing or the council building plumbing. I'm looking for someone relatively close to Bermondsey for future collaborations. I'm assuming you can provide a certified plumbers report. The plumbing is not very exposed, and we'd need to communicate if you need to do some intrusive investigations. I'd also like to change the shower tap. Could you give me a quote for this? The cold and hot water pressure seems to be good in the kitchen. The cold water in the kitchen comes from the mains. The hot water in the kitchen comes from the council boiler. The kitchen is further away from the council boiler. The cold water pressure in the bathroom is acceptable but lower than in the kitchen. The hot water pressure for the bathroom sink is acceptable but lower than in the kitchen. The hot water pressure in the bathroom bathtub is unacceptable. I want the report to focus on the hot water pressure in the bathroom bathtub. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 3 July 2023

No pressure or hot water in bathroom sink but ok everywhere else in the house. Toilet drains emitting an stench from the drain. Both are not major jobs. The sink and its pipes are brand new. The toilet is possible just not sealed properly. It is about an hours work. If it is more then I will pay what's needed. - Due date: Flexible
