We require first fix of plumbing for shower. Wall is open and exposed. Old pipes need removing New concealed mixer to be installed Overhead rain shower pipeline to be installed.

The cartridge appears to be extremely tight and we have not been able to remove it with the tools available to us. Shower is either running too hot or too cold - Need someone to have a look and provide a fix to the issue

I have a combi tap in my kitchen which has recently started ‘clicking’ (I presume an air bubble?) and leaking slightly around the seal when turned on. In trying to fix it I have managed to make it worse by losing the screw in the back of the fixing - and I haven’t been able to take the tap fixing to change washer, etc, and don’t want to cause more damage!
