What does a painting service include?
Usually, painting services will include the full process from setup and preparation to painting and final clean up. Some common painting services include:
House painting
House painting services involve a range of tasks to transform both the interiors and exteriors of your home. Expert house painters can walk you through the entire painting process–from colour consultation and surface preparation to paint application.
- Interior painting - Painting your interior walls will give your space a fresh new look, help reduce cooking smells, control mould, and remove fingerprints and marks. A professional painter with a Certificate IV license will choose paints to suit the style and function of your kitchen, bedroom, ceiling, or bathroom. Preparation starts with removing or covering furniture and putting down drop sheets, along with washing any wall surfaces. *Paint job* I need to move into a 1 bed, 1 bath flat. It's 55 sqm and empty. The walls aren't in bad condition. The property is a 7 year old new build. I am laying down plastic dust sheets so it's all ready to go. The flat will be all white, except for 1 wall which will be a neutral grey. I have the grey paint already 'Dulux Trade Diamond Matt Tinted' 2.5L. And am planning on getting 'Dulux Supermatt White 5L' (my goal being to avoid brilliant white as it's too white, but also find the off-whites are too yellow). You will need to help me find the right trim/skirting paint. I don't think the doors will need to be painted, but we can review. *Small handyman tasks* I also need a few small handyman jobs: - Pipes under sink needs to be reconnected as they are leaking slightly - 2 x kitchen cupboard doors need to be put back on as they have come off - Bathroom sealant behind sink needs to be cleaned and replaced - Balcony door rubber seal needs to be replaced Please quote for the painting and small handyman jobs separately.
