We need new window beading to be painted on our conservatory with white, matte, water resistant paint to match. We also need our bedroom door to be painted white. And our bathroom ceiling to be painted with cracks filled. We can provide paint and filler, you bring brushes etc. Quality and a lack of mess is very important!

Looking for an experienced plasterer to carry out a small plaster repair in my top-floor Victorian flat in SE27 (Gipsy Road). The issue is in the corner where two walls meet the ceiling – the plaster has cracked and lifted slightly in a few places (see photos attached). The area affected is roughly 1–2 sqm and has been assessed by a decorator as not structural, but needing patching and re-skimming to achieve a smooth, paint-ready finish. Scope of work: - Cut away and remove any loose or lifted plaster - Prepare the surface for bonding/skimming - Re-skim the area and ensure a flush, clean finish - Optional: light sanding if needed once dry - Tidy up afterwards Details: - Flat is top floor with good access - Street parking available (free after 6:30pm) - Job is indoors and can be done anytime during the day (or early evening if preferred) - Ideal timeframe: within the next week if possible Please bring your own tools and materials (including a ladder - I have high ceilings). Small paint job on 2 small areas (one area in kitchen and one in living room) - both on the ceiling due to a small leak. Just needs filler and a bit of paint. Regular white emulsion ceiling paint - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 8 July 2023

The works are very minor, involving painting the flat and minor decoration to the kitchen to replace formica panels below the oven and installation of new blinds. The bathroom has already been refurbished.

Old leak from upstairs flat uncovered with kitchen renovation. Not damp. Mold removal and water stain fix - likely will need plastering. Also looking for kitchen (small space) to be re-painted in white.

The room that must be cleaned is a kitchen, the floor (tiles) and walls (plaster), as well as the ceilings and cabinet doors The budget is just an example, I don't mind it going up - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 28 August 2022

To put a feature wallpaper in bedroom back wall

Got a new place need the wallpapers removed, sanded and painted standard white colour. Small studio only one room so should be fairly quick. Will have other reno jobs if things work out. Will provide the paint and any other necessary materials.
