Hi - looking for someone to paint my garden fence (all 3 sides).

I'm looking to get a quote for preparation work at my flat in Streatham, SW16. The property is a first-floor, two-bedroom flat built in the 1930s. I need the walls and woodwork in the living room and hallway made good to a paint-ready standard. Walls (both rooms): filling any cracks or imperfections, skimming where needed, and a smooth consistent finish throughout. There is also some plaster loss and chipping along the edges where the woodwork meets the wall, particularly around skirting boards and door frames, which will need to be made good. Woodwork — Living room: light sanding of picture rail, door frames (doors TBC). Woodwork — Hallway: a mix of light sanding and full paint removal from the skirting boards, picture rail, door frames (doors TBC). All painting and staining will be carried out by us, so the scope here is preparation only.

I need to repaint white the walls and ceilings of my new studio of 34sq m and deep clean the carpet in the main area. I’d prefer someone that will take care in getting the material and had already the required tools (including ladder). The studio is empty (pics attached are from agency adv) and ready for the task on the 12th of June from 5pm.
