We leaving our rental , it will need some retouching here and there, as well as refilling a few cracks and holes. Some areas might need more coverage. Probably a one day job.

Painting of one room (interior). Small room- approx. 4.5m x 2.3m. One undercoat and two coats of colour. Walls already prepped for painting.

Looking for someone to paint and repair any cracks or imperfections on the walls and ceiling. 2 bedroom flat about 1000 sqft. Rooms that need to be painted includes 2 bedrooms, living room, parts of kitchen, entrance hallway.

We have previously had damp issues in three of our rooms, therefore we need the small area on three separate walls painted with damp seal paint and white paint. We also have a newly installed intercom system and would like someone to repaint the surrounding area with red/white paint. The intercom with red paint requires some filler before painting. All equipment and paint is provided
