Find an experienced apartment painter in Finsbury Park

Looking for an experienced painter/decorator to prep and paint 7 square metres of half-height bead & butt wooden panelling in a newly built shower room in Finsbury Park (N4 3HB). The panelling kit is already fixed to the walls but is currently unprimed moisture-resistant MDF. I already have all the main paint supplies ready on-site for you (~1.25L of Zinsser B-I-N shellac primer and a 2.5L tin of Lick Blue 04 Eggshell). The job requires: 1) Full masking and protection of the surrounding flooring, shower tray, and bathroom fixtures. 2) Caulking all panel joints, skirting, and the top dado rail using a high-quality, paintable polymer caulk (please bring your own caulk/tape). 3) Applying 2 coats of the provided Zinsser B-I-N primer to the raw MDF (with a light sand using 240-grit between coats for a glass-smooth finish). 4) Applying 2 coats of the provided Lick Blue 04 Eggshell. Required Drying Times Between Coats: - Between Zinsser B-I-N Coat 1 and Coat 2: 45 minutes minimum. - After Primer Coat 2: Wait 1 hour before doing a light sand, dusting down, and applying the first colour coat. - Between Lick Blue 04 Coat 1 and Coat 2: A strict 4-hour dry time is mandatory. Important details: - Looking to get this completed over Sat 29th and Sun 30th Aug. - You can structure your day around the 4-hour Lick drying gap (e.g., complete the prep, priming, and first topcoat in the morning, leave for a few hours, and return in the afternoon for the final coat), or split the work into two short visits over two days. - Please bring your own professional brushes, short-pile microfiber mini-rollers, caulk, and sandpaper. - Please mention/show your experience with dark colours or bathroom woodwork when bidding.

I’d like the shop’s shutters painted. The shutter type is perforated shutter. So it has many tiny holes in them. Please only get in contact if you have previous experience in this. I’d like it done before 10am and you need to be on time.

Bathroom ceiling needs paining.

Cracks and marks on walls require a full refresh, which is a half day of work. Damaged wall areas with nail holes and paint damage, especially on edges, need repair. Many patches on walls have paint issues or dirt. just one coat full will refresh for half a day. Call me ASAP The job can only be done tomorrow, 20th of August. We will provide materials

Paint 2 rooms in our flat - office/bedroom and an open plan lounge/ kitchen Very Rough dimensions as follows. Keep on mind it's circular shape so this rough and actually an overestimate: Office / Bedroom - 460cmx430cmx242cm(height) Lounge / kitchen - 600cmx550cmxx242cm(height) I'll attach all the images. We want a full colour drench (ceiling, walls, skirting and doors) and in the office we want the built in wardrobe and shelving unit to be painted too. We will provide all the necessary primer and paint from Farrow & Ball. We are flexible on dates but it would need to be after 18th Feb. We need you to make sure you bring all necessary equipment and covers - the furniture is quite expensive so cannot afford for it to be paint damaged in the process. We would like people that take pride in the best quality finish rather than just the cheapest. We are on top floors but there are two lifts. We need two walls of our cellar cleaned (removing black mold) and repainted with a sealant paint. The work would need to be carried out over two days to allow for the walls to dry after being cleaned. All cleaning and painting equipment can be provided. We will provide our own paint. The work would need to be done between 8am-1pm on the two days.

Wall rock lining paper needed for a cold bedroom's exterior walls. Three walls, one with a large window in it. It would be good if the ceiling was done too and inside the built in wardrobe. it's a standard double bedroom. Considering condensation on the solid brick walls, it needs to be thoroughly bonded. I'd be looking for a tradesperson that will guarantee the work so please share details of your website and trading history.
