Painting bathrooms , some patchy walls and ceiling

I need to get a ceiling re repainted. It is following a water leakage so it iwill a cleaning of the ceiling and then two coats. There area is roughly 6 M2. The second tasks consist of filling some cracks in the wall I two different rooms and the.apply some new paintingss. The details are in the pictures. I already have the pains available but material to fill the crack or clean the ceiling.

Looking for a painter and decorator to do cosmetic work and finishes to my property. -Windows sills need prepping and painting as there are cosmetic imperfections. When I say prep this includes filling and sanding of any imperfections. -Staircase banister needs to be prepped and sanded to a smooth finish and then painted - it currently looks worn out and very old. There is also an area under the stairs that requires painting. These doors are already primed and ready to paint. -skirting boards - we have brand new skirting boards, with a final finish, which have scratch marks on them from fitting. Will need these cosmetic imperfections fixed. Skirting will need varnishing etc. -Wood panels needs to be placed down at the bottom of a walk in wardrobe Overall I need someone to complete the finishing touches to my property following a refurbishment where I am unhappy with the final finish so I want to fix these imperfections.

I have 2 wooden, painted doors that do not close without a push. So door sides (not bottom) need sanding down. Then painted (amount to paint TBC on the sticking) but I have the paint. House is an 8 year old new build so it’s just movement that’s created this. You can see where the light does not come through on the pictures showing where it catches. But both doors shut with a push so not major
