Clean or paint retouch (blend in) visible mark around smoke detector on painted ceiling I need an experienced cleaner or painter to remove a visible circular mark around a ceiling-mounted smoke detector. The mark appeared after I removed some adhesive residue from tape that was covering it using a damp microfiber cloth with isopropyl alcohol. There is no sticky residue left, but the ceiling now has a visible ring around the detector. I’m looking for someone who: * Has experience cleaning painted ceilings without damaging the paint. * Can assess whether the mark can be cleaned/blended or whether it requires a small paint touch-up. * Brings the appropriate cleaning products and equipment. I am looking to have the Artex style ceiling in my kitchen smoothed over to create a more modern look, which I will then paint over. The total area is approximately 1.8 by 4 meters.
