Wallpaper removal of two bedrooms and repairs and repainting of the walls and skirting boards. Job to be done asap

Handyman / decorator for a bundle of small exterior jobs, Brixton SW2 All jobs are at ground level in a rear garden. No scaffolding or working at height needed. I’m after one person to do the lot over a couple of days. I’m proposing £1,000 including materials for the full list below. Happy to hear back if you’d price it differently, especially if you spot anything on inspection that changes the scope. The jobs: 1. Refurbish a pair of timber French doors (outward-opening, glazed). Sand back peeling paint, fill as needed, prime bare timber, undercoat, two topcoats of exterior paint, both sides. 2. Patch and make good a blown render section around a boiler flue outlet, then repaint white. IMPORTANT: do not move, modify or block the flue terminal itself. Render and paint around it only. 3. Reattach a garden tap that has come loose from the wall (backplate has pulled out), check the pipe behind is sound, then make good and repaint the wall around it. 4. Strip old white paint off a small section of brick wall so it matches the unpainted brick next to it. Please use a poultice-type stripper or steam, not sandblasting or wire wheels. Paint and materials: I’d like exterior-grade, weather-resistant paint on the timber and masonry. Let me know what products you’d use.

Paint for kitchen (approx 5x5m) and two bathrooms. Rooms are freshly plastered but otherwise not prepped for paint. Need primer coat and two coats of paint.

A small bedroom, painted bright yellow. Needs repainting (cream or magnolia) the skirting boards and door frames will also need stripping and painting as they are green and have not been painted with the right paint.

Paint one bedroom ceiling I have paint

External walls (masonry paint) need repainting, all on ground floor. Basically the garden walls need a lick of fresh masonry paint (white). The work needs to be done carefully without damaging any of the decking in the garden. Part of the wall has vegetation growing over - this would need to be cut back - so that the wall beneath the weeds can be painted.
