Hi there, looking for an affordable painter/decorator for a property in Kings Heath. I have limited mobility and I’m currently on a tight budget, so I’m looking for someone reliable who can help with a basic paint refresh at a reasonable cost. The apartment was last painted around 3 years ago and is already painted white throughout. I’m looking for a simple refresh of walls and ceilings with 2 coats The rooms are basic and mostly square-shaped: * Living room is a straightforward square room and may only need one coat * Bedroom is mostly straightforward, with only two walls and a small additional section needing painted with 2 coats * Kitchen has a lot of tiled areas, so only part of the walls need painting. Ceiling also * Bathroom is mostly tiled, so only a small amount of painting is required * The hallway walls and ceiling needs to be done * Ceilings in general need touched up and are already white as well Happy to hear your hour rates, daily rates or fixed prices . Most walls will be standard white, but there are 2 specific accent walls that we want painted a different color. ​Materials & Paint: ​Tasker to supply: All matt white wall paint, white ceiling paint, woodwork paint, and all tools/materials (rollers, brushes, tape, dust sheets). Please use good quality trade paint. ​I will supply: The specific colored paint for the 2 accent walls. ​Furniture: The flat is currently furnished.
