I'm looking for someone to plaster and repaint my spare bedroom. 5x3m. The bottom half of the walls is wooden panelling. Given it's an old house, the walls/ceiling are a bit wonky.

Hi, I need a skilled handyman, plasterer, or property maintenance specialist to complete a bundle of interior plaster and cosmetic repairs following a recent cabling/sprinkler installation. All work is preparation for me to paint myself; surfaces must be left perfectly smooth and flush. The job consists of 5 specific tasks across three rooms: 1. LOUNGE WALL: Repair one 1cm hole beside a framed print, plus three vertical plaster gouges (one 25cm and a pair of 20cm gouges) running up to the coving line. 2. KITCHEN CEILING/WALL: Repair an 8cm diameter round hole cut into the plasterboard ceiling. Also repair a vertical slice (50cm long x 2cm wide) cut out of the wall that runs through the decorative coving. 3. HALLWAY DECORATIVE COVING: Re-fit and blend a section of decorative corbel-style coving that was removed. I have saved the original plaster piece (fully intact but with rough, chipped edges). Needs to be cleanly bonded back into the gap and seamlessly blended/rebuilt with fine filler so the joints are invisible. 4. HALLWAY CEILING HOLES: Repair one single 8cm round hole, and one pair of overlapping 8cm holes forming a vertical "figure-eight" shape. (A cable is visible inside, so care must be taken with backing support). 5. HALLWAY WALL HOOK: Clear out a damaged hole where a wire-suspended lighting fixture hook was pulled out. Install a heavy-duty wall plug/anchor (suitable for the wall type) and securely reset the hook so it safely supports the light wire again. Requirements: - Please bring all your own tools and core materials (e.g. plasterboard scraps, timber backing battens, scrim tape, coving adhesive, heavy-duty wall anchors, and fine multi-finish fillers/compounds where needed). - I can provide dust sheets and ladder. - Deliver a perfectly flush, sanded finish ready for painting.

Cover up some holes in the wall. Note I am unsure the nail plugs will come out have had friends try already so not asking for that necessarily unless someone really thinks they can get them out.

Plastering 1 wall in our spare room

We need some replastering and painting of an area on two walls where we had leak damage (leak was fixed 9 months ago and the area is now dry) and also to fix an area around one light fixture which got dislodged when the light was replaced. We have the paint already

Fill a gap with plaster wall (105cm x 250cm) Move electric socket / tv socket to new wall. Install new electric socket (double). Move electric socket and light switch. (See attached pictures for details)

I need a 2m sq part of my ceiling plastered - Due date: Flexible

1)complete the tiling for the 3 walls above the bath. At the moment the tiling stops half way up the wall. We will supply similar size tiles to those already used halfway. We only want the walls above the bath done. 2) reinserting plasterboard discs into the ceiling, fix plasterwork in ceiling, filling in small holes and 3) attach shower head to the newly tiled wall above the bath - Due date: Flexible

Task#1 - Repair first floor bedroom wall plasterboard where curtain rail fitting has broken out of wall. Re-fix curtain rail fittings to wall and re-hang curtain rail. Task#2 - Repair plasterboard ceiling around one ground floor utility room and one w.c. light fitting. Task#3 - Repair/fill plasterboard gaps around six ceiling spotlight fittings in ground floor dining room ceiling No need to prime or paint walls/ceiling afterwards as I plan to do this at a later date. - Due date: Before Sunday, 28 May 2023
