Hi All the ceilings have been replaced and plastered. Now I am looking for wall plastering. Areas Covered The works apply to the entire property, including: - Three bedrooms - Living room - Kitchen - WC - Shower room - Lobby - Hallways - Landing - Staircase - All internal wall surfaces and associated window reveals Scope of Works 1. Preparation Works - Remove all radiators and place them in the front or rear garden for disposal. - Remove all existing skirting boards where required. - Remove all existing door architraves and place them in the front or rear garden for disposal. - Remove all loose, hollow, or blown plaster from affected areas. - Remove any remaining wallpaper from the staircase walls and all other affected surfaces. - Remove thick, flaking, or unstable paint where necessary to ensure a sound surface. - Thoroughly clean all wall surfaces and remove dust, debris, and loose material prior to further works. 2. Window and Structural Repairs - Repair all hollow or damaged areas above windows before plastering commences. - Remove existing window sills where required and install replacement window sills. - Remove old uPVC trims surrounding windows. - Properly insulate window reveals and install plasterboard where necessary to ensure a suitable finish before plastering. 3. Bonding and Plastering - Apply a bonding coat throughout the property where required to improve adhesion, strength, and durability. - Prepare all surfaces ready for plastering. - Apply a full skim coat to all prepared wall surfaces throughout the property to achieve a smooth, level, and professional finish. - Sand and refine surfaces as necessary to provide a finish ready for decoration.

Ceilings in four rooms need skimming, and all walls require plastering. Once completed, all surfaces must be sanded smooth and prepared for painting.

Would like a battery LED mirror put up on my ensuite wall above my sink. It requires plasterboard fittings which I have.

We have some plaster that was damaged by water getting in due to agaed flashing. The roof has been fixed around a year ago but the damaged plaster needs removing and replastering. The affected wall is around 3m high and 1m across

The curtain poles in my guest and master bedrooms need fixing. The plasterboard walls got a bit damaged from the old fittings, so it needs some wall repair before putting the poles back up. I don’t have any tools or materials, so you’d need to bring everything. I’ve attached a pic of the damage.
