1) Dismantle for reuse the left hand built in wardrobe (1st photo) in order to install plasterboard behind 2) dismantle box  and redundant pipes inside on left hand side of this built in wardrobe (client can dispose of rubbish) 3) Install on dot and dab basis insulated plasterboard (client to supply) behind where left hand built in wardrobe(1st foto) and at the back of right hand cupboard(2nd foto - no dismantling required other than ubhooking and rehooking quick release doors ) were 4) Cut a piece of offcut insulated plasterboard and screw with offcut plywood client would provide to ceiling where the box was removed.   5) Reduce the size of 2 skiting boards so they do not get in the way when the left hand wardrobe is re-installed against the plasterboard   6) Apply lining paper (client to supply) to the insulated plasterboard   7) Re-install left hand built in wardrobe against the insulated plasterboard, client will supply cut plywood pieces for the left hand shelve, as the original shelves will not be deep enough once the box is removed.   Client will empty the wardrobe before work starts.  Parking is available on driveway. Worker to supply fixings/screws in case not reusable and tools/mixer for the job. client to supply insulated plasterboard, plasterboard adhesives, lining paper and adhesives

I want to hang two overhead shelves and then two rails for clothes... all drilled into a wall. But first i need to know if the wall can take the weight.

1) Dismantle these 2 built in wardrobe on left hand side(first photo) for re-use 2) Remove the box and redundant pipes inside the box on the left hand side behind shelves (old guttering from roof which had long been replaced by external gutters) 3) Install on Dab & Dot basis insulated plasterboard (client to supply both- workman to cut & size) 4) Cut a small piece of off cut insulated plasterboard on the ceiling where the box was. 5) Cut to size and install insulated plasterboard on right hand cupboard (2nd photo- no dismantling required other than unhooking and re-hooking the doors from quick release hinge) on dot & dab basis (client to supply) 6)Apply lining paper to insulated plasterboard 7) Reduce the length of the 2 skirting boards such that they do not get in the way of the wardrobe door once reinstalled 8) Reinstall the dismantled wardrobe . Workman to supply screws/fixings in case they cannot be used and use longer/suitable screw/wall plug for the now thicker plasterboard behind. For the shelves, client will supply plywood boards cut to size as the existing ones will not be deep enough once the box is removed. 9) Workman to come equip with the the necessary tools & equipment such as mixer for the plasterboard adhesives. Both the wardrobe & cupboard will be emptied before workman arrive

Skim 2 small walls with plasterboard on them, skim 1 corner nook on masonry, skim 2 ceiling corners in bathroom, skim a strip above 2 doors. Total work is about 3 walls worth. Large, deep cracks in one bedroom wall. More than skimming needed. I need the cracks permanently fixing so that they never appear again. Also bedroom needs painting and ideally some coving added to ceiling. I also need a very old bathroom extractor pipe cleaned out , ideally looking for one person to do all of above, but if this is not possible then plastering is the main job . I will need you to come and look at the job- photos will not show the true state of the wall.

Need plasterer / decorator who can fix the cracked plaster celiling as pictured due to poor workmanship (abt 1m) with hairline cracks wider celiling area so will need someone with lots of experience who can remedy this need plaster, paint, and properly cover the items in the living room/ masking and make tidy afterwards also small area above bathroom door (approx 40×70cm blocked glass window with plasterboard) - to make the surface smooth and even pls advise estimated time (for the plaster to dry, basecoat and paint) and don't offer if you don't have experiences as won't respond
