There was a leak from the flat above and there are some water stains on the ceiling. They need to be coated/ sealed and the ceiling painted white.

There was a leak and its left marks on the ceiling that need to be treated and then the ceiling repainted.

I need three bedrooms plastering. 1 x Box room 2x roughly same size bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms have fitted wardrobes that take up an entire wall as well as one side being large windows. So it’s basically 2.5 walls that need plastering as well as ceiling. Please see attached pics of all the bedrooms

Paint a small 3 bedroom flat (3 bedrooms,small entrance hall, small bathroom and ensuite (both tiled walls so only small ceilings to paint there) and small open plan lounge kitchen, lounge. Low ceiling modern flat already in white and good condotion just needs fresheningbup..Woodworkwindow sills and no doors . Replace silicone if required around bath/sinks to have a nice clean finish. Must be experienced and know how to prepare walls and ceilings, although it's already good. Bathroom mould resistant paint to be used on ceiling, Good quality all round I can supply, all white would be fine. If its a good job, there are more flats which also need repainting. There's a small balcony, just the floor to be varnished and handle rail. - Due date: Flexible

Paint 3 bedroom flat, and replaces some sealant near the kitchen sink. Two small bathrooms are fully tiled so just the ceiling for the bathrooms, For open plan living area, 3 bedrooms &narrow entrance hall, needs full painting, includes skirting walls and window frames. Small balcony hand rail and floor could do with a coat of varnish. Flats in a pretty good condition already but I'd just like a freshen up. - Due date: Flexible
