Clean and remove mould from the bathroom ceiling and walls with special spray: HG mould spray (after spray, must wash off and once dry apply dry zone mould resistant emulsion paint ( 1 litre) brilliant white on ceiling and walls. Prep surfaces and paint ceiling and walls with anti-mould bathroom paint as above. Total surface area to paint is max 12msq including ceiling Remove old mouldy silicone around the bath and reapply new anti-mould silicone (anti- mould white bathroom waterproof silicone) Make good the right-hand side bath panel (secure/repair so it looks neat) Notes: Bathroom environment – must use suitable anti-mould products Please supply your own materials and equipment Photos available for reference

Painting some small sections of wall previously damaged by a leak and now fully dried out. Colours required: PBW for ceiling, magnolia for wall. Quantities - I would image a couple of tester pots would be enough though it’s important proper bathroom/kitchen paints are used please. Thanks!
