Have two Texecom alarm system Odyssey X-W external sounders that need their batteries changed . One is approx 6m from the ground so extended ladder would be required to be brought, the other can be accessed by a flat extension roof. I have all the Texecom alarm codes and management of the alarm and the replacement batteries (8x AA for each ). As the current batteries are low , the normal commands to turn off the alarm may not work and the sounder may sound during the process . Additional support may be required if the sounders need to be re learnt by the alarm to trigger that process from the sounders by setting some jumpers .

Apply Dulux once White Gloss paint - 1 coat only. Paint & paint roller , brush, tray will be supplied. 3. Remove old metal bar curtain rail. Install wooden pieces on Bay Window for plastic curtain rail. 5 Wood pieces are already cut, primed & painted. Install plastic curtain rail. 4.Outhouse toilet Walls sizes W - 71 cms X 90 cms H - 288 cms Door size W- 66 cms H- 230 cms Prepare plastered walls in to small outhouse toilet. Apply PVA adhesive sealer using paint roller or paint brush. Also Emulsion Silk paint 1 coat. Door & door frame White Gloss Once . 5.Fix plastic finishing edges to White Chipboard panel. Install wooden panel on top of the boiler space . Panel already cut to size. 6.Fix the broken rain water pipe holding bracket on to the wall. Cut the rain water gutter pipe & extend with new one, fixing on to the concrete floor in the garden.
