I need to replace laminate flooring and skirting in hallway and Sitting room.

Need to install the beading to the flooring. *flooring is already done - floorer had a death in his family and couldn’t complete Hallway and living room. Pls see picture - laminate is already installed. Beading and z bars available.

I need laminate flooring laid in a small area in my hallway measuring 269cmx85cm. I have all the laminate materials needed for the tradesperson to complete the job. I also have trimming that needs to be laid down in my hallway and bedroom. This should be a 1-2 hour job to complete.

Lay flooring in one bedroom

Need laminated flooring put down in a small bedroom, living room and a small narrow hallway. The total area of work needed is 32m2 with 14m2 underlay as well to be laid in the living room. I will be providing the flooring materials I would just like a quote for labour thank you.

To do with high spec - fill nails holes - sand walls and door where needed - paint with plain white paint (including door and skirting board if needed) - refit all the skirting boards (they need to be cleaned and nails to be removed). I need a professional: - high attention to details; - clean and careful not to make dust using vacuum that I can provide (henry); - can take care of purchasing what's needed for the job, including paint. The room is 2.8 x 4.3. I'm flexible, but ideally the job could be done between this Friday 23rd of Feb and Sunday. Otherwise next week from Wednesday. Elephant and Castle area.
