Apartment, Eagle Point, 165 City Road, London EC1V There was a leak in the apartment above mine and as a result the damage in the pictures attached has been incurred. additionally during inspection of the bathroom tiles were needed to be removed. - Once I removed the tile I could see that the previous installers had installed the Probe for the electric underfloor heating behind the tile. Because of this the probe wire has been cut through when removing the tile.
