I've five electrical bits that need sorting as below: 1. Move a switch down a wall and fix the two bulbs it's connected to; 2. Remove a socket from the bathroom and use the same wires to install a new socket on the other side of the same wall; 3. Move another switch along a wall; 4. Bury some trunking within a wall; and 5. Remove some random wires I have no need for. Photos give some more context to the above. Making a bit of a mess isn't a huge concern as I need to re-plaster the room after anyway. Access appears to be via the weird hatches visible in photo 1 but I've no more information unfortunately as I've just moved in. Building is an old warehouse.

I have a dimmable halogen table lamp that no longer works. The lamp has a sealed base -covered in a felt-like material. Some time ago, the dimmer stopped working, and more recently the light stopped working all together. I have tried replacing the halogen bulb, and replacing the fuse in the socked, but this has not worked. I am flexible with regards to the exact date for getting this done.
