Hi, I need urgent help with a damaged socket and plug for my washer dryer. The plug has burn marks and the wall socket is cracked and discolored, likely from overheating. I’ve unplugged it and switched off power to the circuit. Could you please come to replace the socket and check the circuit for any further heat damage? I’ll also need the washer dryer plug replaced or rewired. It’s quite urgent as I need to use the appliance soon. Please let me know your earliest availability.

Samsung washing machine is not draining water out when washing. It locks up and refuses to open unless water is drained out. I have drained out water through the filter and also checked the filter to see if it is dirty but it is clean. Machine starts spining but never drains out the water and the door locks, showing a red padlock on screen. It only opens when water is manually drained out through the filter.I need someone who has some plumbing skills to look at this.

Remove washing machine from under counter left over the worktop in a small kitchen and leave outside of the house. I need an electrician to install a new wall-mounted power socket for a washing machine. There is currently an electrical cable on the ground that feeds the appliance. Please see photo.
