What do appliance services include?
To install or repair your items, an appliance technician will visit your home or property. The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. Here are some of the most popular appliance care services and what you can expect when booking your technician:
Fridges and freezers
You’ll need to book fridge repairs and installations if you need a complex fridge or freezer installation or it isn’t cooling properly, makes weird noises, or leaks. Your appliance technician can help with quick fixes like fridge door repairs (so it shuts properly and keeps the cold in) through to more serious issues with the thermostat, motor, or refrigeration gasses. Appliance technicians have the skills to work on a range of oven repair and installation tasks in both domestic and commercial kitchens. Common appliance care services are gas oven installation, microwave repair, rangehood installation, and electric stove connections. Your licenced electrician or gas fitter will troubleshoot the problem according to your oven’s instructions. Hello, we need help with the installation of a cooker hood for re-circulation mode (no ducting), but noone seems to know how to finish the job and which parts that came with the appliance should be used (see photos). The model is an AEG DGE5661HM 6000 HOB2HOOD COOKER HOOD 54 CM. The appliance is integrated within a cabinet and the cabinets are full height, so we cannot have ducting to the top of the cabinet. At the moment it is blowing all the air into the cabinet so that the door opens, which does not seem right, so we need some assistance to complete the installation.

One of my mains plugs stopped working. It’s located in my boiler cupboard and the plug above it, connected to the boiler, works fine. I assume it’s a fuse? Both lights stopped working on my oven hood at the same time but the extractor fans still work, so I’m assuming it’s a fuse or some other circuit breaker specific to that. It’s an AEG one but not sure which model. I have the tools to get the hood open if needed

Replace battery in my jabra headset

I have two headsets, both Jabra Evolve 65, where they work fine except the batteries have died. I can work with them connected to a charging port, but as soon as the direct charge is disconnected the headsets stop functioning. The little batteries inside need replacing, which involves some delicate soldering, beyond my skill level.
All was very clear and smooth, highly recommended.
