I have just installed an electric oven and the gas connection/valve is sticking out and preventing oven from pushing it more back. Need the gas pipe to be removed, there a T connection where Supply goes to both boiler and cooker, easy access to swap this to a 90degree connection, so it goes only to boiler instead.

I'm looking for a dishwasher specialist and plumber who can identify and fix a few issues which may or may not be connected: my NEFF dishwasher is leaking water mid-cycle out the sides and not fully dissolving the tablet, my fridge is getting a build up of water collecting at the bottom, and my sink is occasionally filling with water while the washing machine is on (not solved by drain unblocker). All appliances are side by side in the kitchen so could be related. Note: I've noticed the dishwasher pump is slightly broken (but not sure that is causing the problem) and I wonder if the fridge door seal needs to be replaced. Would like someone to identify and fix the issues ideally at the same time. Thank you!

I have had a new washing machine installed different to old model so need to have a different fixing kit installed. I have purchased the fixing kit, but my tenant needs help adding the fixing kit and the dryer placed back on top of the washing machine

My oven (Lamona LAM3401) is not heating up. The dials switch on and so does the fan, so it appears to be the heating element that has broken. Looking for someone to investigate this and potentially replace the element / necessary parts

E10 error code. I’ve got this working again so many times checking for kinks, water pressure and the inlet but eventually the same code appears each time we try to dry the clothes and also when washing. Machine is a Zanussi Lindo 1000

Non-draining washing machine, error messages e03 and e20 (Baumatic, BWDI1485D). Could be a lot of build up (years). Took front cap off. Filter core is jammed. Washing machine is housed in an under sink unit. Could need handling underneath machine to detach drain pump. I have an induction hob and I ordered a new one however it needs to be hard wired.

Washing machine is Indesit XWA 81682. Needs urgent repair. It fills and drains, but the drum doesn’t spin. The belt appears to be snapped or off-track, and the motor may have detached slightly. Please open the machine, refit or replace the drive belt, reattach the motor if needed, and test the spin cycle. Keybox access available. Guest is on-site, so clean and quiet work is important. Please confirm your availability, call-out/labour cost, and whether you can bring a replacement belt (likely 1225 J5 or 1233 J5).

Need someone to fix Zanussi dishwasher. But into kitchen, I can help remove kick-boards and lift out. End cycle light flashes 4 times and heels 4 times. Indicates blocked drainage pipe or trouble draining.

I need an electrician to install a new wall-mounted power socket for a washing machine. There is currently an electrical cable on the ground that feeds the appliance. Please see photo. The cable needs to be properly terminated into a wall-mounted socket with its own breaker before the washing machine installers arrive. There is free parking with the building.
