I have a garden cabin from Dunster. I think my ex husband must have put the felt on the roof wrong as we have leaks each winter. It needs a rubber roof put over the top I think. It leaks down both back corners. I do also have a leaking roof on the house but I don’t have the right terminology to type the issue. I did have a roofer come out before, he let me down and I didn’t bother chasing. It’s basically the mortar (I think) that’s cracked away, previous owner has used a sealant numerous times but it’s worn away and leaks. Not in a rush but would like both of these repaired before another winter. Thank you

Need to remove existing heat-welded felt carefully so can join repair to it, remove & replace damp-affected timber so as to improve drainage slopes and make good repair in GRP or heat-welded felt system. This is a job for a professional roofing firm, not a handyman.

Reposting this job as I was on holiday and the post got expired: My garden extension flat felt roof been leaking for a while. I can see a slight damage on the roof felt when I checked . Need someone to inspect and repair without replacing the whole roof. I would prefer to have a patch repair done. I would like to know how much it will cost and when can it be done ?

I could see that bit of cement seal near chimney flashing is broken that is why water is seeping through during windy rain. The whole flashing need not to be replaced. The seal needs to be fixed.

Moss cleaning from roof & gutter

We have completed work on this property, but couldn't access to fix the downpipe because the scaffolding was in the way. I just need someone to go with a good pair of ladders to secure the head chute back in the guttering because it's come out and make sure the downpipe is fixed or replaced.

I need someone with a long ladder to reattach a part of my guttering that has fallen off. The piece is not broken, it just needs to be reattached. There are no access issues. Job will take literally 10 minutes.

Some of the roofing sheets on my garage are damaged and need replacing. There’s 8 sheets in total but only the front ones are damaged. Need the damaged ones removed and new ones nailed into place.
