I have let down by my builder. I have half a roof( just timber frame completed) I need felt and tiles to be completed. And install Vulex window which the frame has been made for.

There is a pigeon nesting in my gutter, once it has left it's nest I'd like the nest removing and some sort of pigeon proofing done to prevent it returning. There is also a very small bit of painting required under the gutter. This is basically just the small, visible part of the wood that protrudes from under the fascias, there are 7 in total. On the photos, the site of the pigeon nest is circled in red and the small wooden areas that need painting are circled in yellow (about 7 in total) I have the black paint and a brush, I'm happy to supply the pigeon proofing gutter mesh, I basically need someone who is able to get up there to do the job as I'm not good with heights and I don't have a ladder!

Roof is leaking in several places (slate roof broken slipped and missing tiles) I want someone who can do the best with what we have as can't afford to replace the full roof just yet, needs to be someone that can do this without accessing via the house. (To embarrassed to let anyone in).can send photos from inside of the ceiling and locations of where we can see the leaks. Also have a small tree sprouting from the brick work below the gutter that needs sorting and a leaky gutter if you can do these too would be great!

I need two solar clips/screws putting in the panels are already in place. Scaffolding is up. Also the roofers cleaned the roof and didn’t clean the ridge tiles they need cleaning.

Just a garage which needs leaves raking. Can't climb up there as elderly person lives at property. Garage door also needs sanding down and repainting.

I have a Root growing under my gutter on the 1st floor. This is pushing the gutter up 2mm and causing water to leak on the wall, The gutter section will need removing and the root removing before re setting the gutter and aligning, possibly sealing. Obviously the budget is more than £10!!

I want to remove chimney that is in my kitchen,after removal we need to fix tiles on the roof of the chimney area, access is easy

I need someone with a long ladder to reattach a part of my guttering that has fallen off. The piece is not broken, it just needs to be reattached. There are no access issues. Job will take literally 10 minutes.

Some of the roofing sheets on my garage are damaged and need replacing. There’s 8 sheets in total but only the front ones are damaged. Need the damaged ones removed and new ones nailed into place.
