I need gutter fitted and floodlight changed at the front of my house

I have ugly chimney in my front room ..I would to remove it from from room only..and close the hole in ceiling if wall needs plaster and painting that is included in job as well..all wate removal include in job.

I have currently a noisy not very effective chimney cooker hood which I would like to replace with a Neff D95BMP5N0B NTO model. Is this something you can do? If so, what would the cost of fitting the new cooker hood? Thank you Helen Bools
