Two open fire chimneys for sweeping

Please see pics. Guttering is leaking at the joints. Probably just needs sealing but haven't got ladders big enough.

Remove a disused electric cable from within the fireplace flue. The cable enters the fireplace ~ 3.2m above ground level within the fireplace, and then exits the fireplace again. There is no sign of the cable in the walls of the rooms on the other side of the chimney flue.

insulating a garden shed

📍 Brockley, SE4 We need 4x 125cm planks of plywood mounted as floating shelves in our chimney alcoves. They will be cut to size already. Wall is pretty solid - probably plaster over brick. We can have the plywood and battens or brackets (presuming this is how we secure them? I need someone with expertise to check the guttering issue here. My contractors are tied up at the moment. Please inspect the joint and surrounding area for potential issues. Currently there is no water ingress inside the building but the patch on the external is concerning. I will adjust the payment once the issue has been identified.

I have some leak issue on my roof which needs to be sorted. Leak 1 - 1st floor to front of building.. Tiles and gutter need adjustment / repair. Leak 2 - Behind the toilet on the first floor / water stains in hallway ceiling ground floor.. Highlighted area on flat roof needs torch on felt / flashings and around soil stack.. Leak 3 - 2nd floor bedroom, 1st floor bedroom, ground floor kitchen are the affected areas by this leak. Valley needs patch repair / sealing. Tiles to LHS of dormer need removal, new felt, baton, cement repoint.. Please provide your quote including labour and material. Thanks.

Broken guttering bracket broken needs a new one securing

Some of our guttering at the back of the house is disconnected from the drain and is leaking into the garden. At the front, it appears a pipe has become corroded. Note: we do not have tall ladders

We have completed work on this property, but couldn't access to fix the downpipe because the scaffolding was in the way. I just need someone to go with a good pair of ladders to secure the head chute back in the guttering because it's come out and make sure the downpipe is fixed or replaced.
