Some guttering joints to corners need pushing together as they are dripping.

I need someone to wallpaper the chimney breast in my small bungalow.

Guttering has fallen down on the front of summerhouse, will need new clips drilling back into the wall and the guttering fixed in.

we need floor broads lifting , then fibre wool putting down. rooms are bedroom 5.5 m x 4 m living 5.5 x 4.6 . kitchen 3.7 x 5.5 m. corridor 4x 2 m, floorbroad back down then ply wood cut to room size . All materials provided. of course some of floorbroad will get / might get damage you will need to repair them. few items need moving out.

Re-mortar 3 chimney breasts and paint them

Looking for someone to install a bathroom extractor fan and insulated ducting. I already have the extractor fan and insulation/ducting materials ready, so this is a labour-only job. The tan will be installed in an upstairs bathroom with ducting running through the loft. Looking for a neat, professional installation to help improve ventilation and reduce condensation. We have an Edwardian Gable style conservatory it has been leaking so needs the wooden strips replacing and sealing and needs to then be painted on the wooden frame externally. Might need. Scaffold or conservatory ladders I’m not sure. Also need window sills and windows painting too, 1 original sash window ,1 original casement window and a kitchen window and small toilet window. Could quote for other painting jobs. The last time painted the painter used a special ladder extension. We need two pieces of guttering and one cutting down. One is single storey height, the other mid house and the last is double storey wall plate. We will provide all materials

There is a dead pigeon stuck at the edge of my roof where there is guttering and a pigeon net. I need someone to go up there safely and remove it.

I need the front of my house gutters clearing /clearing there are spikes on part of the roof to deter the pigeons.

We have 3.6mm plywood, acoustic roll and have been using adhesive spray to hold the roll in place.
