Need painting on the fascias outside my house and also the back. The flashing and the fascia is slightly loose and need to be fixed back in place. I can supply the paint.

Re-plaster chimney as it’s come off the bottom

I have a pergola/lean to outside my kitchen. I’ve removed the old clear double walled panels as one is permanently stained and debris gets into the cavities making them difficult to clean and consequently they cut out some much needed light. The tracks also need replacing as they are old and broken in one section, so difficult to slide the panels out and in.

Removal of large foam insulation panels, bricks and garden debris

I’m looking for someone experienced in automotive upholstery, vehicle interiors, or camper conversions to complete the following work on my Land Rover Discovery 3. I will supply all materials. Job Required * Remove the headliner. * Remove all existing headliner fabric and old foam backing. * Prepare and clean the headliner board. * Install new black 2mm foam-backed automotive headliner fabric. * Install butyl sound deadening sheets to the roof (approximately 30–40% coverage). * Install 6mm self-adhesive closed-cell foam insulation where appropriate. * Remove all three sunroof blind cassettes. * Attach blackout fabric to the existing mesh sunroof blinds (by sewing or another professional method that allows them to retract and operate correctly). * Reinstall and test all three sunroof blinds. * Refit the headliner and all interior trim. * Ensure everything is clean, secure and functioning correctly before completion. I need some guttering replaced and some brick repair.

We have completed work on this property, but couldn't access to fix the downpipe because the scaffolding was in the way. I just need someone to go with a good pair of ladders to secure the head chute back in the guttering because it's come out and make sure the downpipe is fixed or replaced.
