Removal of lounge chimney task

My chimney is leaking through roof and it needs to be fixed

Wall insulator - 6 pieces of this

Looking for existing loft to be insulated and boarded. Full insulation and perhaps 5m2 boarding.

Polycarbonate roof to be added to Wooden pergola and painted (I have )Also, with reeding underneath. Paint wooden decking.

Leak coming in from broken roof tiles and valley. Need repairing. Access is from skylight in bathroom next to room with leak.

Rainwater collects and spills over where a gutter bracket is broken on a leanto shed. Access is easy from the flat roof next door. Access to refix the bracket is awkward because next door's shed roof is so close to the gutter. EIther the bracket will have to be attached to the next door shed instead of mine or a section of the gutter will have to be removed to get access to attach it to mine. I have cleared to gutter since the photos were taken.

Kitchen chimney stopped working

Whenever it rains in the section where my downstairs toilet exhaust fan outflowing tube is joined to the garage roof, the sealing has not been done well, hence water from the rain drips through a gap into the garage. I want to stop this.

My porch seems to have lost its guttering from the front (this happened before I bought the property). I'd like some new guttering installed.

Some of the roofing sheets on my garage are damaged and need replacing. There’s 8 sheets in total but only the front ones are damaged. Need the damaged ones removed and new ones nailed into place.

Water is running down the liner and dripping from the closure plate. The flue hasn’t been sealed at the top. We need a top sealing plate, liner clamp and weather collar fitted to stop rain ingress. Ladder access.

Discovered a leak in the loft during last nights rainstorm. House is semi- detached. Seems to be coming from near the ridge of the roof near the chimney breast. I’ve taken pictures from outside and circled int ed the area I think the problem is coming from. You can see the red circles tile is misplaced/loose. I don’t know if that’s the reason, but the leak is coming almost directly under that Assume some tiles may have been misplaced but I can’t be sure.

I suspect the water from the 1st floor bath outlet is overflowing the connecting down pipe, causing the water to run in and wet my kitchen window sill. I don't have a long ladder and need somebody to look at it and fix it. Don't have an image, sorry. I don't want to deal with an agency and want somebody who works for themself to do the work. I also need a clear specification of the cost structure - I was messed around by an agency plumber who works for an agency earlier.
