Hi! My bathroom ceiling has some mould which needs to be removed. Bathroom ceiling size probably about 2x2m

5.7m x 4.7m room needs painting. I need someone with an electric sander to take off the big paint sample patches on the wall.

I need to cover around 50 pinholes from picture hooks and 10 small holes 2-7mm in the wall. I would like the holes to be filled, sanded and painted over. - Due date: Flexible

There are six window frames to work on, and nine sides in total needing to be painted: six on the inside, three on the outside. All are made of wood and none of the wood is rotten. Window frames 1 and 2 are hopper windows and look like pictures one (inside) and two (outside). Both need painting on the inside and outside. Both need stripping, probably a bit of sanding/filling, priming, undercoating and then two coats of oil-based brilliant white gloss. Window 6 is a transom window and looks like picture three. It needs painting on the inside and outside. It will need sanding down and then given one coat of oil-based brilliant white gloss. These three windows are on the walkway side of the flat, so access will not be a problem when you are working on the outside of the frames (ie no long ladders needed). Window frames 3, 4 and 5 are all double-hung sash windows and look like picture four. All three only need painting on the inside (including on top of and underneath the top/bottom rails). Window 3 needs stripping, probably a bit of sanding/filling, priming, undercoating and then two coats of oil-based brilliant white gloss. Windows 4 and 5 are more modern, and will only need sanding down and then given one coat of oil-based brilliant white gloss. I would also like you to sand down and put a single coat of gloss on the window frames for windows 1, 2 and 6 (inside and outside). I will be buying new hardware for windows 1 and 2. I am having the wooden parts of my bathroom repainted but it needs to be sanded first. It should take 2-4 hours. It is basically the skirting board, panel behind toilet and the panel of the bathtub - Due date: Before Friday, 8 September 2023

I need a painter to refresh a studio flat. It only need walls painted in Magnolia. There is only one bit that has a crack (plasterboard) that needs filling. No woodwork no ceiling. I also have a passage which can be painted at the same time 2 walls same color. 2 coats of Magnolia. It's a days job as the walls are in good condition over all. (If your price is reasonable and have free time I have few more walls to be done next door at the same time) You will not need a ladder and if you do I can provide. The skirting in a tiny square toilet room needs replacing. I don’t have the materials. Its just under 1.5 meters on one side and smaller on the other side. The back is not skirted so doesn’t need work and the front is just around 20cm by the side of the front door. Prefer the taller skirting boards.
