To paint the hallway, lounge and hallway ceiling (no ladder needed the ceilings are very low!), and bathroom (just been refitted and was tiled so is bare plaster in places). To wallpaper one wall of the bathroom which is 2m x 2m.

Decorate a small bathroom (about 3 m2) and bedroom, remedial work needed to one of the bathroom walls (see photo), new silicon around the shower walls and shower tray. Bedroom needs a lick of paint (see photos for size)

All walls plastered and plasterboard attached to one wall. Small bathroom - floor space for comparison is 4-5 sqm

Repair some cracks, sand back paint, remove heated towel radiator, paint walls and ceiling put back heated towel radiator. I will supply paint
