I need some electrical cables tidying up and sorting out in order to get my insurance company to come and fix my diverter valve. I have a hot water tank and my hot water is only working when the heating is on. The task is only to fix the electrical cables seen in the photograph.

Job 1: A wall light circuit blew (lightbulb exploded). The fuse switch is back on but none of the wall lights work. Job 2: I want to swap the lights that 2 switches operate in a different part of the house. An electrician who took a quick look said this should be fairly easy to do but didn’t have time at the time.

Downlight keeps flickering when I turn it on not sure if it’s jsut the connection or needs replacing (it’s supposed to be a lifetime one and sometimes works) . I need Airtasker to bring all materials including replacement light if needed (but happy to pay for light separately if needed)

Tenant has stated that electricity has potentially been sparking. EICR is up to date (3 years old). Simply require electrician (licensed) to inspect the electricity, wiring and lights and replace any bulbs that new replacing

The large isolation switch for the electrical boiler in our apartment needs replacing. There are signs of heat damage on the plastic frame.
