My mixture tap was leaking, so I tried to replace the cartridge myself, but the cartridge was not removable, so I decided to replace it with a new tap. The supply pipe is thin, so I had to replace the connection, but I couldn't do it myself, so I decided to ask a plumber to do it for me. I have already purchased a new mixture tap.

My kitchen mixer (tap) is loose and flopping around. Apparently the brass locking nut is loose. I think a 11mm tube socket is needed to tighten it, Not a normal socket as not long enough. When the shower is used, water seeps through the tiles or flooring and leaks into the bedroom next to the bathroom. Required action: The shower/bathroom needs professional waterproofing repair/replacement, which will likely involve taking up all the old tiles, replacing the waterproofing, and re-tiling. I was going to go the sealant route, but then I want to be on the safe side when it comes to trapped water under tiles. I will supply the tiles.
