Current tap is coming off. Bought a new tap which needs installation.

1) The water is coming out cold so we need a quote to change the thermostatic valve (according to a plumber who has had a look). We need this done asap as cold showers are hard work. Please provide your quote whether it is more or less below and we can proceed. Must be a qualified plumber with existing reviews. This is urgent and needs to be installed by no later than 28th, ideally 27th. 2) We also need two bathroom taps replaced (basin mixer taps) (please quote separate for installation because we may be able to supply taps) and 3) two isolation valves for the bathroom taps (this we are considering and are not sure about doing) - Due date: Before Monday, 27 March 2023

Apartment kitchen sink blocked. Tried unscrewing pipe directly under but source of blockage seems too deep to reach with non-plumbing tools. Tried drain clearing liquid from Supermarket but no luck. water is still going down but at very slow speed. We are moving into a property with two somewhat old bathrooms. The taps in one bathroom are very tight, and if they aren't tight water drips from the tap. Also, tiles in the shower have gaps that appear to need silicon. We need a plumber to come have a look and tell me how much the repairs cost once they get there. I just want an overall check of both bathrooms (and kitchen) to make sure there aren't major problems once tenants move in.
