Looking for an experienced, licensed plumber for a Southbank apartment. Work required: • Replace the existing fixed shower heads in two bathrooms with dual shower heads, each with an overhead and handheld option. The first image shows the existing shower head and the second image shows a representation of what we would like. • Repair one toilet’s flush mechanism, which occasionally allows water to leak into the bowl. • Test all installations for correct operation and leaks, and leave the work areas tidy. I will supply the new shower units. Please confirm their compatibility before I purchase them. Please quote for labour and call-out fees, with any toilet repair parts or additional fittings clearly itemised. Please flag any additional costs before proceeding. The shower head won't stay upright. Keeps tilting forward and back. Finding it difficult to tighten it. Kitchen drawer seems to be stuck and can't pull it out.

Just moved into a new rental apartment and the current shower head is in terrible state. I bought a new one but I can’t seem to get the old one off when I try and use a wrench. Not sure why. Am I’m not experienced in it I don’t what to force it. Water pressure for hot water is also low so maybe washers need replacing also ? If someone can come over and change the shower head and check the washers that would be great.
Uninstall old rangehood. Install new rangehood. Adjust a shower head.

Shower hose is stuck unable to screw off need some tools. Using shifter but it keeps slipping . Should be 5 min job feel the hose cord been there 10 years so super tight
