Water is constantly trickling into the bow, causing the tank to refill often. access is easy through the chrome button plate, no tiling work needed. Likely just a faulty seal or inlet valve. My toilet won't stop flushing. Upon inspection the WDI B3300-Y inlet valve is not shutting off as it should. No doubt it needs replacing.
