Bathroom sink tap has been inspected. Issue confirmed as worn/damaged O-rings. No cartridge replacement required. Looking for a licensed plumber to: • Supply and replace O-rings • Apply lubricant • Reinstall tapware • Test and confirm leak is fixed Standard access under vanity. Weekday, normal hours preferred. Hi, need a licensed plumber to fix my wall toilet with a concealed (in-wall) cistern. Water is constantly trickling into the bow, causing the tank to refill often. access is easy through the chrome button plate, no tiling work needed. Likely just a faulty seal or inlet valve. Our shower is making a high pitched “whistling” noise when running. I need someone to diagnose the problem and fix this

The water temperature in our apartment goes from normal to super hot really fast for no reason. The building manager says we need a plumber to change the thermostat. I am the owner. It is in Otto 2 in Rothschild Ave, Rosebery. If anyone is familiar with this process I would welcome quotes

My toilet won't stop flushing. Upon inspection the WDI B3300-Y inlet valve is not shutting off as it should. No doubt it needs replacing.

Leaking tap has caused damp, dirt and pests to inhabit laundry cupboard. Need to fix the leak, remove the washing machine so it can be cleaned and then reinstall level. (Floor isn’t level).

Install bidet in a bathroom

The water flow of my kitchen tap is very small. The strata has checked that the water pressure is normal. There’s something wrong with the tap or pipe.

I have an old Holman 6 zone controller. 3 zones in the back yard are working fine but the front 3 aren’t. I have tried replacing the waterproof gel connectors to and from the solenoids but this hasn’t done anything. Happy to upgrade the system or to move to a different type. Just would like someone with experience who may be able to show me the ropes a little too
