Hello, I need a plumber or drainage specialist to unblock my kitchen pipeworks. The water flows very slowly, but is not fully blocked. The sink starts to back up after about 1min of water flow. The water level then rises until the drain is fully blocked, then taking several hours to drain away completely. I have already attempted several DIY methods, including drain clearing crystals, Max Gel, vinegar, dishwashing liquid (separately, did not mix the chemicals, with multiple times) and using a cleaning pump, attempting nearly a week, still no use. May seek for U-Trap removal, and further insepection into the wall pipe.

Just need help with replacement of 2 vanities ( don't need to dispose the old ones and I will supply new ones) Thank you!

I’m having an issue installing my bidet, I’ve tried uninstalling the previous toilet seat and have been wrestling with a seized bolt that’s not coming out. I’m trying to connect it to under the sink and bought the extension hose, but have come across another problem of my new t-valve not screwing in due to proximity of the wall (it needs to be replaced with a swivel t-valve) Hoping someone can come in and: .Remove seized bolt .Swap out t-valve .Quickly connect bidet (I can also do this but if you’re here and happy to do it that would be great)

Water is constantly trickling into the bow, causing the tank to refill often. access is easy through the chrome button plate, no tiling work needed. Likely just a faulty seal or inlet valve.
