WashTech dishwasher keeps filling up water even water supplier switched off

Tap that connects to the house in courtyard it leaking. Running water continues to flow even when fully turned off. May need the tap replaced, may just need washer or seal replaced.

When I flush the toilet literally the whole flush cycle along with whatever urine is also in there drains out from behind the toilet from what im guessing? Is the seal between the plumbing pipe and the toilets s bend, well thats how it looks like its happening and I think thats the problem.

hot water tap under kitchen sink leaks when turned to on position. Also, hot water only runs if I'm running hot water through bathroom first. I had to disconnect the dishwasher as it doesn't run without the hot water flow - if we can't get the hot water issue fixed, I'll take the dishwasher out completely and will need your help in capping the outlet (pictured)
